In 2024, PT Dwipa Raya Unix completed the installation and integration of a Bielomatik cutting machine for Rupiah Paper production at PT Pura Barutama.
The project involved configuring and integrating a Siemens S7-1500 PLC with a Lenze Motion System to ensure precise control and efficient operation of the cutting process. The combination of these advanced technologies enhanced the machine’s performance, delivering high accuracy and reliability required for paper cutting in currency production.
This installation has improved PT Pura Barutama’s production capacity by ensuring smooth, consistent operation and reduced downtime, supporting the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality Rupiah paper.
