In September 2007, our founder, Mr. Kuncoro Wijaya, provided engineering works and PLC programming for the car engine assembly machine at Astra Daihatsu Motor.
The project involved programming the PLC to automate and optimize the assembly process of car engines. This integration enabled precise control of the machine’s functions, improving efficiency, consistency, and quality in engine production.
Through this solution, Astra Daihatsu Motor was able to enhance their manufacturing capabilities, ensuring higher production speeds and better quality control in the assembly of car engines.
